Dog: black and white dog with maybe bark collar

Carr Creek area

Beautiful black and white, male, shepherd type dog seen in the Carr Creek area, won’t let anyone touch it. Last seen taking off into the woods. Biggish with pointy ears, long bushy tail. Seems to be wearing a “bark” collar, one of those collars to inhibit barking. At least, a collar with a little box hanging from it. Was on porch looking at me, but ran away when I went to let him in. Pretty sure it’s a male.
