Black and white cat with white bow tie marking under nose. Ricky is neutered and chipped but was not wearing a collar. He got out accidently from N Pradera Ct in Post Falls, cross street is E Millford ave, Cecil Rd and W Prairie ave. He is an inside cat therefore not familiar with the area.
