PAS Receives $25,000 Grant from PetSmart Charities for Spay and Neuter (3/3/2017) - Thanks to a $25,000 grant from PetSmart Charities, the Panhandle Animal Shelter will be able to spay and neuter as many as 800 feral cats in Bonner and Boundary counties during the coming year.
