The Panhandle Animal Shelter takes great responsibility for the care of animals. Responsibility comes in many forms and one of our primary values is spaying and neutering animals, and we are happy to assist low income individuals. Enrichment and behavior assessments, we are able to actively match an animals personality with a potential home needs and owner’s lifestyle.
